Pranayama focuses on conscious and free breathing (Prana = breath, cosmic energy, ajami = monitor, control). Pranayama has positive effects on body, mind and spirit.
A new way of practicing Yoga asanas, using a special kind of hammock to engage all your muscles to practice more complicated poses that gravity makes much more difficult to do. Antigravity Yoga restores the natural elasticity of the spine, helps to alleviate back pain and stimulates the brain, as well as digestive and lymphatic systems. It reduces moodiness and depressions and reduces anxiety. Enjoy your time without gravity, savor its beauty and grace and harmonize your body, mind and soul.
Hatha Yoga harmonizes body movements with breathing. You will learn classical Yoga asanas, in prolonged duration and with correct breathing technique. This exercise not only affects the muscles, but also proper function of internal organs (asanas, breathing, exercises, mantra, meditation). *
Yin Yoga name is based on the Taoist concept of Yin & Yang (female and male energy). It is very close to the traditional Hatha Yoga. Yin Yoga focuses on opening and loosening the joints, especially the hips, pelvis and lower spine.
Vinyasa is a smooth transition between asanas especially when movement is paired with the breath. This is an exercise of a series of positions - sets.
This is a gentle Yoga focusing on breathing techniques, gentle back-stretching asanas and meditation.
You do not need to wear shoes for Yoga. Exercise in comfortable clothes, which will not constrain your movements, e.g. t-shirt, shorts or long pants, sweatpants or leggings. Warm-up and cool down periods of relaxation, meditation and breathing are included at the beginning and conclusion of each lesson. We recommend you to bring a sweatshirt or long-sleeved t-shirt with you.
