A Weekend for all, who are interested to know yoga, breath techniques, meditation, mantra singing and self-knowledge much deeper. Learn new things on your yoga path. The lecturers and topics of these weekends will always be announced in advance on the website.

6x Yoga lessons
- 4-5 hours exercise of yoga
Drinking regime
- Water from St. Catherine's natural spring (cold or warm) during the day
1x entrance for 2 hours to the Wellness & Spa Facility in Ayurvedic Pavilion

Transportation
- Free transfer from Počátky (fenced, unattended parking space) to the Resort and back
To this program is possible to order Ayurvedic diet:
- Full board- CZK 2,200
2x breakfast, 2x lunch, 2x dinner
It is necessary to order Ayurvdic meals in advance. Not possible to order on the spot.
- Children
For your peace of mind and relaxation, children under the age of 6 are welcome during selected periods only.
- Pets
Pets are allowed to stay in the Gymnasion and Garnison buildings only. Your dog should not be bigger than a typical representative of the Retriever breed.
- The surcharge for one dog is 490 CZK/night, an additional dog costs 650 CZK/night.
