During the “Pilates workshop weekend” at the Svata Katerina Resort, you will experience various types of Pilates and learn about their effects on the human body. Visit the oasis of a healthy lifestyle… a place where harmony got its name.

6 hours of exercise in English language

1x entrance for 2 hours to the Wellness & Spa Facility in Ayurvedic Pavilion

Transportation
- Free transfer from Počátky (fenced, unattended parking space) to the Resort and back
*You can take advantage of free lectures from weekend activities.
The program will be held with a minimum of 7 participants.
- Children
For your peace of mind and relaxation, children under the age of 6 are welcome during selected periods only.
- Pets
Pets are allowed to stay in the Gymnasion and Garnison buildings only. Your dog should not be bigger than a typical representative of the Retriever breed.
- The surcharge for one dog is 490 CZK/night, an additional dog costs 650 CZK/night.
