Body & Mind PilatesPilates is an exercise system that was established by the renowned physiotherapist J. H. Pilates, a naturalized American citizen of German origin. Pilates is currently very popular among celebrities such as Sharon Stone, Melanie Griffith and Uma Thurman. This physical activity belongs to the Body & Mind group (focusing on the harmony of body and mind). It has a slower character and strengthens the body, improves your flexibility, as well as body posture. Deep muscle tissue is engaged during the Pilates exercises. It also helps alleviate back pain.

You do not need to wear shoes for Pilates. Exercise in comfortable clothes, which do not constrain movement, e.g. t-shirt, shorts or long pants, tracksuits or leggings. Remember to bring water to the lesson.
